摘　　要：介绍了一种通用型移动式车载通信系统(地面通信系统)的构成,重点是实现过程中应用的几种关键技术,如系统集成技术、集中监控软件设计和载车间综合信息传递技术等。该地面通信系统目前已研制成功,并应用于实际的工程中。应用表明,该系统具有较强的可扩展性和高度的灵活性,可用于支持多种不同需求的平台,使用范围广范。This paper introduces a universal on -board mobile communication system （ground communication system）, with emphasis on several key technologies such as system integration technology, the software design of centralized monitoring and integrated information transmission technology among vehicles during implementation. The ground communication system has been successfully developed and applied in projects. The practice indicates that the system has strong extensibility and high flexibility, can be applied on various platforms with different requirements, and has an extensive application coverage.
