摘 要:利用有限差分法对刚性表面和柔性表面两种动压气体轴承的无量纲控制方程进行分析求解,得到了两种轴承在理想支承条件下的压力分布,并由压力分布计算了承载力和摩擦力矩;分析了结构参数对两种轴承静态特性参数的影响。理论分析结果表明:相对于刚性表面气体止推轴承,柔性表面气体止推轴承平台区域的压力分布更加平缓;当柔度较小时,柔性表面动压气体轴承的承载力与刚性表面相当;选取适当的结构参数,可得到理论上的最大承载力以及较小的摩擦力矩。Finite difference method (FDM) was used to analyze rigid surface gas thrust bearing and compliant surface gas thrust bearing. Pressure distribution for these two bearings was obtained by solving dimensionless governing equations, beating capacity and friction moment were calculated according to the pressure distribution. Effect of structure parameters on static characteristic was discussed. Results of theoretic analysis show that the pressure distribution on plat plane of compliant surface gas thrust bearing is gentler than that of rigid surface gas thrust bearing. If compliance of gas thrust bearing is rather small, the bearing capacity of compliant surface gas thrust bearing equals to that of rigid surface gas thrust bearing. The maximum bearing capacity and smaller friction moment could be obtained with suitable structure parameters.
