摘  要:根据摩擦磨损原理及轧辊磨损的机制特点,综合考虑影响轧辊磨损的多种因素,建立了板带轧机轧辊磨损的数学模型。系统阐述了模型中各个参数的分析方法,并建立了轧件与工作辊的相对滑动模型,定量计算轧件与工作辊表面的相对滑动距离。结合3454mm中厚板轧机现场实际数据,采用遗传算法对工作辊磨损模型进行了参数的优化识别。工作辊磨损量计算结果与现场实测磨损数据吻合良好,表明了参数优化识别的准确性和模型的可靠性,能够应用于生产实践。Based on the theory of frictional wear and the characteristics of roll wear mechanism, the mathematic model of roll wear on plate and strip rolling mills was developed. In this model, many influencing factors of roll wear were considered comprehensively. The analysis methods of model parameters were expounded. The model of slippage between roll and plate was developed to calculate the slippage distance, Based on experimental data of 3 454 mm plate mill, the model parameters of work roll wear were optimized and identified by using genetic algorithm. The comparison between calculative results and measured data of work roll wear shows that the model is accurate and reliable and can be applied to productive practice.
