摘  要:为验证微凸体油膜弹性支承效应,采用涂油润滑刨切正交实验方法对3种钢板进行了刨切实验;通过测量刨切切屑直径以及采用相应的直观分析和方差分析方法,对比了各种实验条件对切屑曲率的影响。结果表明:润滑是影响切屑曲率的最重要因素,因而验证了微凸体油膜弹性支承效应;润滑油的油膜弹性支承效应越突出,其抗磨降噪功能也就越强,因此选配合适的润滑油是有效控制摩擦自激振动与噪声最经济实用的好方法。The planing orthogonal experiment with oil lubrication for three steel plates was presented in order to verify the elastic supporting effects of oil film on micro-bulge. The effects on the curvatures of cutting chips for all test conditions were contrasted by measuring the chips and using the methods of visual analysis and variance analysis. The results show that the lubrication is the most important factor for influencing the curvatures of cutting chips, the elastic supporting effect of micro-bulge oil film is verified. The more conspicuous the elastic supporting effect of oil film on micro-bulge, the more strong the functions of noise reducing and antiwear for a lubricant. Therefore, selecting the proper lubrication oil is the most economical and convenient method for controlling friction exited vibration and noise.
