摘  要:采用原位反应热压烧结工艺成功制备了不同SiC体积分数的SiC/MoSi2复合材料,研究了SiC/MoSi2复合材料的室温抗弯强度、断裂韧性随SiC体积分数变化的规律,分析了SiC/MoSi2复合材料的强韧化机理。结果表明,SiC的加入显著提高了MoSi2基复合材料的室温力学性能,SiC/MoSi2复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性均优于纯MoSi2,并且随着SiC体积分数的增加而增大;SiC/MoSi2复合材料的强化机制主要是弥散强化和细晶强化,韧化机制主要是微裂纹增韧。SiC/MoSi2 composites with different SiC volume fraction are successfully prepared by adopting technology of in-situ reaction hot-pressing sintering. The rules of room temperature bending strength and fracture toughness of SiC/MoSi2 composites are studied with SiC volume fraction. The strengthening and toughening mechanisms of SiC/MoSi2 composites are analyzed. The results show that SiC greatly improves the room temperature mechanical properties of MoSi2 matrix composites. The bending strength and fracture toughness of SiC/MoSi2 composites are better than that of pure MoSi2 and increase with the increase of SiC volume fraction. The strengthening mechanism of SiC/MoSi2 composites is dispersion strengthening and grain refining. The toughening mechanism of SiC/MoSi2 composites is microcrack forming.
