玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离116例围术期护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术围术期的护理方法。方法:对116例(116眼)复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切除术,清除混浊的中间质如混浊的晶体状、玻璃体出血,然后向切除玻璃体后形成的空间注入硅油,使视网膜复位。术前对患者加强心理护理,做好充分的术前准备,指导患者手术前后采取正确的体位,术后加强病情观察,及时发现和处理并发症,并做好出院指导。所有患者术后随访3个月。结果:术后3个月视网膜完全复位96眼(82.8%),部分复位13眼(11.2%),未复位7眼(6%),总有效率94%。结论:玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术是治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的一种有效的手术方式,加强围术期护理是保障手术成功的重要措施。Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of complicated retinal detachment by vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade. Methods： 116 patients （ 116 eyes） with complicated retinal detachment were treated with vitrectomy, crystal - like turbid and vitreous hemorrhage were removed. Then the vacated spaces were filled with silicone oil so that the retinas were reset. Comprehensive preoperative and postoperative nursing care were carried out before and after operation, .including preoperative psychological care, full preoperative preparation, guidance on how to take correct postural position and correct treatment of complications. All patients were followed up for 3 months. Results： Three months after operation, the retinas of.96-eyes were completely reset （82.8%） ; partially reset in 13 eyes （ 11.2% ） ; no reset in 7 eyes （6%） and the total effective rate was 94%. Conclusion： Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade is one of effective surgical therapies in the treatment of complicated retinal detachment. Strengthening perioperative nursing care is an important measure to ensure the success of the operation.
