手术室整体护理模式临床效应最大化研究与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室整体护理模式临床效应最大化的护理方法。方法:将200例手术患者随机分为研究组和对照组各100例,研究组在围术期以满足患者舒适为准则实施舒适护理,对照组实施常规护理。两组均于术前1 d应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定患者的焦虑、恐惧程度;于术后3 d应用焦亚萍的围术期患者心理护理效果评分表评定围术期护理效果;分别于术前1 d和麻醉前测量患者的心率、血压。结果:两组术前1 d SAS得分情况、麻醉前与术前1 d心率和血压变化情况、围术期护理效果、患者满意度比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:以追求整体护理临床效应最大化为目的的舒适护理,可使患者获得生理和心理满足感和安全感,缓解患者对手术的恐惧和担忧,提高围术期护理效果及患者满意度。Objective： To explore the nursing methods to maximize clinical effect of holistic nursing care in operation room. Methods： 200 surgical patients were randomly divided into study and control groups （ 100 cases for each group ）. The comfort nursing care with the principles of meeting the demand of patients was applied in study group and routine nursing care was taken in control group. Self - rating anxiety scale （ SAS ） was used to assess the degree of anxiety and fear of the patients in both groups one day before operation; the scale of effect of perioperative psychological care designed by Jiao Ya - ping was used to evaluate the effect of perioperative nursing care on the 3nd day after operation; heart rate and blood pressure were measured one day before operation and anesthesia. Results： There were significant differences in the comparison of the scores of SAS, changes of heart rate and blood pressure, effect of perioperative nursing care and patient＇s satisfaction before and after operation （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The comfort nursing care seeking for maximum clinical effects of holistic nursing care can have patients get physical and psychological satisfaction and a sense of security, ease patient＇s fear and concern and improve the effectiveness of perioperative nursing care and patient＇s satisfaction.
