针刺少阳经特定穴治疗偏头痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺手足少阳经特定穴对偏头痛的治疗效果。方法:将60例偏头痛患者随机分为两组,少阳经特定穴组30例,非经非穴组30例,均采取同样的针刺治疗方法。结果:少阳经特定穴组总有效率为80.00%,明显高于非经非穴对照组的37.93%。结论:针刺少阳经特定穴对偏头痛有较好疗效。Objective ：To observe acupuncture effecl~ of special points of shaoyang meridians on migraine. Methods ：60 migraineurs were divided randomly into 2 groups ,special points group（ acupuncture on special points of shaoyang meridiarts）, and non-acupoint group（ acupuncture on non-acupoint） ,30 patients each, with the same acupuncture manipulation. Results： the total effective rate of special points group （ 80. 00% ） is obviously higher than that of the other group （37.93%）. Conclusion：A good effect showed on migraine by acupuncture on special points of shaoyang meridians.
