摘　　要：本文详细介绍了吕仁和教授应用六种诊治疾病方法(六对论治)治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的经验。从立法、遣方用药、随症加减几方面,分别介绍了对病论治、对病分期辨证论治、对病辨证论治、对症论治、对症辨证论治、对症辨病与辨证结合论治的具体经验,为临床中医治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎提供参考。并通过两个临床病例,进一步加深中医临床对治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的认识。This thesis introduces detailedly that the Professor Lv treats nephritis of Henoch-schonlein purpura, under the guidance of six diagnosis methods （Liu Dui diagnosis method）-treatment according to the different diseases, the different diseases by the different stages ,the combination of disease and syndrome, the different symptoms, the combination of symptom and syndrome ,the combination of symptom and syndrome by the different diseases. Under the therapeutical principle,the prescription, and the rational administration of the drug basing on the symptoms, it explains the Professor Lv＇s experience to use this six methods in the clinical therapy, and provides reference for curing nephritis of Henoch-schonlein purpura under the guidance of the traditional Chinese medical theory. It also uses two cases to enhance cognition that cures nephritis of Henoch - Schonlein purpura under the guidance of TCM theory.
