益气养阴方治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴方治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将50例患者随机分为中西组(30例)和对照组(20例),治疗3月后进行总有效率、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮、血尿酸水平的评估。结果:中西组与对照组的总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);在改善24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮、血尿酸水平方面,中西组均优于对照组(P<0.01;P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴方能显著提高慢性肾炎的临床疗效。Objective：Purpose：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin Prescription in treating chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods ： Fifty cases of chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into the treated group（30cases） and the controlled group（20cases） to evaluate the total therapeutic effect,24 hour urine protein,blood creatinine ,the urea nitrogen and blood uric acid three months later. Results ：There was a remarkable difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ; P 〈 0. 05 ） between the treated group and the controlled group in the effect rate. In the aspect of improving the 24 hour urine protein, blood creatinine, the urea nitrogen and blood uric acid, the treated group was better than the controlled group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin Prescription can enhance the clinical cura- tive effect in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
