针刀联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刀联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法30例病人采用C型臂引导下经小关节内侧缘穿刺盘内及椎间孔注射臭氧,针刀松解肌肉及外周神经卡压,通过半年的随访,用改良的Macnab疗效评定标准评定其疗效。结果治愈24例,有效6例。结论臭氧能使髓核失水,突出物减压缩小,消除神经根无菌性炎症;针刀能松解神经卡压,调整肌肉筋膜顺应性。针刀加臭氧是腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗的首选方法。Objective To investigate the effect of the combination of ozone injection and accunpuncture-knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods All 30 patients with lumbar disc herniation were injected with 5 ml-15 ml ozone in disc and 10 ml ozone in lateral crypt fossa under the guidence of X-ray. The muscles and outward nerves were loosened by the accunpuncture-knife. After half a year,the effects were evaluated by using the improved Macnab criteria. Results Twenty-four cases were cured and 6 cases were improved. Conclusion Ozone can decrease the water in the core of disc,reduce the pressure on nerves,and eliminate the inflamination of nerves. Accunpuncture-knife can lossen the muscles and outward nerves. Combination of ozone injection of and accunpuncture-knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is the first way for conservative treatments.
