摘  要:目的探讨螺旋CT及其后处理功能在肩胛骨骨折中的应用价值。方法33例肩胛骨骨折患者经薄层螺旋CT扫描后利用三维重建(SSD)和多层面重建(MPR)后处理功能显示骨折,并与DR片进行比较。结果肩胛骨骨折线分别在DR、薄层CT轴位相、SSD及MPR显示率分别为91%、100%、91%及100%;肩胛骨折骨片移位在DR、薄层CT轴位相、SSD及MPR显示率分别为78%、100%、100%及100%。结论螺旋CT及其后处理功能能为肩胛骨骨折诊断和治疗提供有价值的信息。Objective To discuss clinical significance of spiral CT and its postprocessing function in evaluation of scapula fractures. Methods Thirty-three cases with scapula fractures were examined by thin-layer spiral CT and imaging reconstruction. The results were compared with DR. Results Scapular fracture line in DR, thin-layer CT phase axis, SSD and MPR showed rates were 91%, 100%, 91% and 100% respectively.apular fracture bone fragments shift in DR,thin-layer CT phase axis,SSD and MPR shows that rates were 78%, 100%, 100% and 100% respectively. Conclusion Spiral CT and its postprocessing function can provid valuable information for the diagnosis and treatment of scapula fracture.
