Effect of Biological Dressing a Combination of External Lyophilized Recombinant Human Acidic Fibroblast Growth Factor on Skin Graft Surgery

摘　　要：目的探讨生物敷料A联合艾夫吉夫在切削痂自体皮移植手术中的临床应用,更好地保存手功能的有效方法。方法我院15例病人,应用生物敷料A结合外用冻干重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(艾夫吉夫)于烧伤早期切削痂自体皮移植手术。结果15例病人,植皮手术均获得理想效果,植皮成活均在95%以上,取皮区均Ⅰ期愈合。结论生物敷料A联合aFGF治疗严重烧伤可能具有显著的临床疗效。Objective To explore clinical applying of biological dressing A combination of external lyophilized recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor（aFGF） on skin graft surgery. Methods Fifteen patients were applied dressing biological A combination of external lyophilized aFGF in the early burn excision cutting autologous transplant skin. Results All patients acquired good clinical therapeutic effect in skin graft surgery and the survival rate of skin graft was more than 95 percent. Conclusion Treatment of biological dressing A combination of external lyophilized aFGF perhaps has good clinic effect in skin graft surgery.
