我院住院患者用药剂型分布研究

摘　　要：目的:了解我院住院患者用药的剂型分布情况。方法:统计我院就诊患者的基本情况、处方药总品种数、每次就诊的处方药平均品种数、每100例患者注射剂的使用率、处方药物剂型分布等。结果:我院住院患者用药的剂型分布列前5位的是注射剂、片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂、内服溶液。注射剂品种数占处方总品种数的69.07%,口服剂品种数占25.00%,外用剂型品种数占5.93%。结论:我院住院患者特效片剂和胶囊应用不多,应加强推广。OBJECTIVE：To study the distribution of dosage form of drugs used for inpatients in my general hospital.METHODS：The general information of the inpatients in my hospital,the total number of the varieties of the prescription drugs as well as the average number for each visit,the rate of using injection for every one hundred patients,and distribution of form of prescription.RESULTS：drugs for injection and drugs for external use dat69.07%,25.00%and5.93%respectively.CONCLUSION：The use of new variety of drugs such as specific tablets and capsules was little for inpatients in the general hospitals, which deserve widely used.
