摘　　要：目的:评价重症哮喘的综合治疗方法及疗效。方法:全部患者均在有效的抗感染、吸氧、补液的基础上予静滴氨茶碱、甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠及必可酮气雾剂吸入加上及时机械通气。结果:按以上治疗方法有效率达98%左右。结论:重症哮喘治疗强调联合用药。Objective：To evaluate the treatment of severe asthma General Ways and efficacy.Methods：All patients are at an effective anti-infection,oxygen,on the basis of rehydration to intravenous aminophylline,methylprednisolone sodium succinate and ketone must be combined with aerosol inhalation of timely mechanical ventilation.Results：The above treatment has around 98% efficiency.Conclusion：The treatment of severe asthma medication United emphasis and standard hormone therapy and timely treatment of mechanical ventilation are important measures of success
