摘　　要：为解决滇池防洪与兴利的矛盾,根据滇池流域1953～2007年的水文资料,对滇池流域径流和洪水特性进行了分析,通过径流和洪水调节计算,采用下包线法,分析了滇池汛限水位的动态控制。In order to solve the contradiction between flood control and water conservancy, this paper analyzed the runoff in the Dianchi Lake Basin and characteristics of flood according to the hydrological data from 1953 to 2007. It also made an analysis of the dynamic control of flood limit water level in the Dianchi Lake by calculating the regulation of runoff and flood with the envelope method.
