摘　　要：目的:探讨镰刀综合征外科治疗方法。方法:回顾分析我院1997年1月～2006年12月14例镰刀综合征患者的临床资料,10例采用房内通道技术;其余4例患者根据畸形情况采用不同方式将镰刀静脉直接吻合于左房。结果:14例患者无手术死亡,所有患者恢复良好。结论:治疗镰刀综合征的手术方法应根据具体情况决定,恰当的方法均可起到良好的手术效果。Objective：To investigate how to choose the methods of surgical treatment for scimitar syndrome. Methods：From Jan.1997 to Dec. 2006,the clinical data of 14 patients with scimitar syndrome were analyzed retrospectively.Ten patients underwent repair by means of intra-atrial baffles approach.Other 4 patients underwent direct anastomosis of scimitar vein to the left atrium through different approaches based on the anatomic features.Results：All the 14 patients had no perioperative deaths and none of them required reoperation.Conclusion：Surgical approaches to scimitar syndrome is based on the anatomic and pathologic features presented in each case.Approriate method will have good result.
