摘　　要：图书馆作为信息服务的提供者,引进"全面质量管理"是顺应信息化大潮的趋势,是图书馆管理工作的重要内容。QCC(品管圈)活动是现阶段图书馆开展全面质量管理较为适合的方式,通过推行QCC活动,全员参与、团队合作,对日常工作中存在的问题提出改善方案,进而提高图书馆的整体质量。As information service providers,libraries will be introduced Total Quality Management（TQM） to adapt to the trend of information age,it will be important phase of the Libraries management.QCC is more effective way for the TQM of library in this stage,everybody will take an active part in qualify management and give themselves proposal to solve trouble around them.
