摘　　要：介绍了天津钢铁公司利用顶底复吹转炉→LF炉精炼→VD真空脱气→小圆坯连铸工艺路线研制与开发P110级石油套管用圆坯的实践。检验结果证明,用该公司30Mn2Cr钢圆坯生产的无缝钢管的力学性能完全满足API5CT标准中P110级套管的要求。The paper introduces the practice of researching and developing round billet for P110-grade oil casing via the process of BOF→LF refining→VD→round billet continuous casting. The inspection shows the mechanical properties of the produced seamless pipe with 30Mn2Cr billet can fully meet the requirement on P110-grade oil casing by API 5CT standard.
