摘  要:井深位置和仪器上下行速度是测井作业中不可缺少的测量数据。提出了基于马丁代克传感器和现场总线(CAN总线)式的集成化测量系统设计方案,采用Lattice公司的CPLD芯片ispM4A5—64,设计了测井系统中马丁代克传感器的脉冲信号检测、计量电路和CAN总线数据传输电路,给出了电路设计图、仿真波形和测试结果。现场试验表明,该系统具有较高的测量精度,井深测量最大相对误差≤0.1%;而且提高了数据传输的可靠性,满足测井井深测量系统的设计要求。Well depth and velocity of instruments are important in well-logging work. A scheme of well depth measuring system is designed for well-logging, which is based on Martin-decker sensor and CAN bus. A circuit of Martin-decker signal detecting and measuring, based on ispM4A5-64 device of Lattice CPLD products, with CAN bus data transmission, is presented in detail. The design schematic, simulation waveform and experimental testing result are provided. Field experiments have proved that the integrated design of circuit is suitable for the require- ment of well-logging system , with high precision and better performance of reliability.
