摘　　要：政治参与是特定体制框架内普通公民或公民团体试图影响政府人事构成和政府政策制定的各种行为,有序的政治参与是社会权利制约国家权力的支撑点,是现代政治文明的重要标志,是建设社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。构建有序的政治参与秩序是现阶段我国政治民主建设的一项重要任务,我们要在坚持四项基本原则基础上,尊重现行宪法和法律,拓展政治参与渠道,提高公民整体素质,建设服务型政府。Political participation is an action that in a specific institutional framework the brdinary citizens or citizen groups try to influence the government personnel structure and the policy. Orderly political participation is an important way for social fights to restrain state power, and it is an important symbol to the modem political civilization, also it is an important content for building a socialist harmonious society. Comtrucfion of the orderly political participation is an important task to the building of political democracy in China at this stage, we must uphold the Four Cardinal Principles, respect the Constitution and the laws, expand channels of political participation, irnprove the political quality of citizens, build services - oriented government.
