摘　　要：政治参与是指公民个人、群体或团体通过一定的方式直接或间接地影响政府决定或公共政治生活的政治行为。公民的政治参与是一个国家政治民主化的重要标志。改革开放三十年,我国公民政治参与取得了有序的发展但仍不完善。着重分析影响公民政治参与的主要因素并提出对策。Political participation means that individual citizen, group or organization to influence government decisions or political life through a certain way directly or indirectly. Citizen＇ s political participation is a major symbol of the counTry＇s democratization. In the period of reform and opening up, citizen political participation has developed orderly in our country, but it is still not perfect. This article will analyze emphatically the primary factors that affects the citizen political participation and proposes the countermeasures.
