摘　　要：现今工程项目多为合理低价中标,本身盈利机会就很少,如出现一些意外情况,多会亏损。因此施工项目成本管理显得尤为重要,应向管理要效益。而材料成本在建安费中所占比重很大,故应重点加强材料成本管理。Most current projects are bid-winning at a reasonably low price with few opportunities for profit.If unforeseen circumstances arise,it will probably be under deficit.Therefore,construction project cost management is particularly important,the effectiveness of which should be resorted to for profit.And material cost occupies a large proportion in construction and installation costs,so it should be focused on to strengthen the management of material costs.
