先天性耳前瘘管遗传流行病学研究

摘　　要：成都地区１０１１１例７～１４岁儿童出生缺陷调查中有先天性耳前瘘管２４５例，患病率为２４．２３‰。流行特征为郊区患病高于城区，女性患病率明显高于男性。用遗传流行病学的系谱分析法对２４５例先天性耳前瘘管进行调查，揭示该病的遗传特征为：常染色体显性遗传伴外显不全。同时。n invstigation on 10111 healthy children with age of 7-14 years in Chengdu area has 245 cases of congenital preauricular fistals.The prevalence rate is 2423‰.The epidemiological character show:1)The prevalence rate in surburb was higher than that in urban.2)The prevalence rate in females was higher than that in males.By predigree analytical method herditory epidemiological surrey on 245 cases of congenital preauricular fistala was condncted and revealed that the heredity characteristics was 'autsomal chromosome deminant inheretance acompanied by imcomplate domination'.In addition the occurance of the abnormality was on the same side in one family.
