摘 要:目的:研究氯化镧(LaCl3)液对乳牙人工脱矿釉质再矿化的显微硬度影响。方法:选取10名5~7岁乳牙列无龋儿童因滞留拔除的下颌乳中切牙10个,制备人工脱矿釉质模型后,沿牙体长轴唇舌方向对半切开,分别作为实验组、对照组。实验组标本悬吊浸泡于LaCl3液(La^3+质量百分比浓度为0.01%)0.5h,每日3次,其余时间浸泡在人工唾液中;对照组标本始终用人工唾液浸泡。共处理10d。使用显微硬度测量仪测量各组釉质的显微硬度。结果:实验组较对照组的釉质显微硬度增加,差别有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:氯化镧对乳牙人工脱矿釉质有再矿化作用。AIM: To compare and evaluate the remineralization effect of lanthanum chloride on artificial demineralized enamel in deciduous teeth. METHODS: 10 extracted lower deciduous central incisors from caries -free children of 5 to 7 years old were selected and prepared with artificial demineralized enamel formation. Each tooth was cut into two halves for test and control respectively. The samples of test group were treated with LaCl3 solution (0.01% La^3 + ) , three times per day for 10d, while that of the control group were treated with artificial saliva only. Enamel microhardness of both groups were measured by microhardness tester. Paired test was used for statistics. RESULTS : The microhardness values of the test group are higher than that of the control group with significant differences ( P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: 0.01% Lanthanum chloride has remineralization effect on artificial demineralized enamel in deciduous teeth.
