护理干预改善外周血干细胞采集供者术前焦虑的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对外周血干细胞采集前供者焦虑的影响及减轻其焦虑的有效方法。方法将50例准备外周血造血干细胞采集的供者随机分为干预组（n=25）和对照组（n=25），对照组采用常规护理，干预组除采用常规护理外并提前给予参观采集病室、观看采集全过程录像、音乐疗法等干预措施。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）对两组供者焦虑状况进行测评。结果两组供者干预前均有不同程度的焦虑存在，两组供者之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；SAS得分与常模比较，明显高于常模有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。干预后两组患者HAMA得分比较有明显差别（P〈0．01），干预组焦虑情绪术前1d明显低于对照组。结论外周血干细胞的供者采集前均有不同程度的焦虑，采用有效的护理干预措施可明显改善供者的焦虑状态。Objective To explore the effective methods of nursing intervention in ameliorating and reducing the preoperative anxiety among patients with peripheral blood stem cell collection. Methods The inpatients that would undergo the peripheral blood stem cell collection were randomly divided into the intervention group （ n = 25 ） and the control group （ n = 25）. The control group adopted the routine nursing, and intervention group received the intervention measures such as visiting the laminar flow room, watching the kinescope and the music therapy besides the routine nursing. The anxiety states of patients in the two groups were evaluated using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）. Results The patients of two groups had different degree of anxiety before the intervention. There was non-significance difference （ P 〉0. 05 ） in means of SAS scores of the two groups. The mean of SAS scores was obviously higher than that of mean of total scores of norml （P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was a significant difference in the mean of HAMA scores between the two groups after the intervention （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The anxiety feeling in the intervention group was obviously lower than that in the control group one day before the operation. Conclusions The patients that will undergo the peripheral blood stem cell collection have anxiety of different degrees. The effective nursing intervention measures can obviously improve the patients＇ anxiety state.
