摘 要:为了丰富禽流感病毒(AIV)神经氨酸酶(NA)的分子流行病学资料,通过对2002~2007年分离自华东地区家鸭的6株稀有H4N6亚型低致病性AIV的NA基因序列进行的分析,发现病毒NA基因全长约1464~1465bp,开放阅读框(ORF)都位于NA基因的19~1431位,长度均为1413bp。6株病毒NA基因之间的同源性为90.8%~99.8%,其中5株病毒NA基因的同源性非常高,达到96.0%~99.8%,但另外1株与其他病毒NA基因的同源性相对较低,介于90.8%~92.2%,进一步分析表明该病毒可能来源于其他地区禽类。对NA基因的推导氨基酸分析表明,ORF编码470个氨基酸,NA没有发生茎部缺失。研究结果表明,水禽内的H4N6亚型禽流感病毒进化相对比较缓慢。To enrich the epidemiologic data of avian influenza virus(AIV) neuraminidase(NA),NA genes of 6 H4N6 lowly pathogenic AIVs which isolated from domestic ducks in eastern China during 2002 to 2007,were subjected to phylogenetie analysis. The full-length NA nucleotide segments ranged from 1 464 to 1465 bp,and the open reading frame (ORF) of NA gene was 1 413 bp and located in the region from positions 19 to 1 431. The nucleotide sequences similarity among these NA genes was 90.8% to 99.8%,and the homology of 5 genes was much higher and reached to 96.0% to 99.8%. However,the NA gene of the rest one shared a low similarity of 90.8% to 92.2% with others,and further analysis showed that this virus may originate from birds of other areas. The analysis of the deduced amino acid sequences of NA genes showed that the ORF encoded 470 amino acids and no deletion was observed in the NA stalk region. The results showed that H4N6 subtype AIVs circulating in water fowl were experiencing a slow evolution.
