喜炎平联合干扰素治疗手足口病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:目的:观察喜炎平联合干扰素治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将180例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组90例。治疗组喜炎平联合干扰素治疗:静滴喜炎平10mg/kg.d,干扰素剂量为5万u/kg.d,皮下注射,疗程7天;对照组以干扰素剂量为5万u/kg.d,皮下注射,疗程7天。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.9%,对照组总有效率为76.7%(P<0.05),治疗组临床症状及体征明显较对照组消失早(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平联合干扰素治疗手足口病疗效佳,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the curative effects of Xiyanping united with interferon to therapy the hand foot and mouth disease.Method：180 cases of the hand foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups.One was united treatment group and another was contrasted group.There were 90 cases in each group.Xiyanping [10 mg/（kg·d）] was dripped into vein and as the same time,interferon [50 000 U/（kg·d）] was injected into hypo in the united treatment group.Interferon [50 000 U/（kg·d）] was only injected into hypo in the contrasted treatment group.The course of treatment continued 7 days.Result： Total effective rate was 88.9% in the united treatment group and it was 76.7% in the contrasted group（P〈0.05）.Clinical symptoms and symbols were turned down more quickly in the united treatment group than that in the contrasted group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Xiyanping and interferon to therapy the hand foot and mouth disease have good effects than only using interferon.So the united treatment is worth to be disseminated to clinical application.
