摘  要:为了防止污闪事故的发生,需要对外绝缘污秽状态进行评估。本文提出一种基于泄漏电流脉冲主成分的外绝缘污秽状态评估方法。首先对一种常用悬式绝缘子进行人工污秽试验,利用泄漏电流测量系统记录不同等值附盐密度(ESDD)和不同相对湿度(RH)下的电流波形,根据脉冲阈值的不同,将泄漏电流脉冲分成80档。利用主成分分析,从中提取一组泄漏电流脉冲主成分向量,用于概括原80档脉冲包含的信息。聚类分析和综合主成分分析的结果表明,绝缘子泄漏电流脉冲主成分向量与污秽度之间存在密切的关系,可以为外绝缘污秽状态评估提供重要参考。Evaluation of contamination levels of outdoor insulators is very necessary to prevent the pollution flashover accidents. Artificial pollution tests were carried out on a kind of widely used glass insulator. Leakage current waveform in different equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) and different relative humidity (RH) were recorded by a leakage current monitoring system. 80 levels of leakage current pulses were picked out from it. Principle components including most information of the pulses were extracted by using principal components analysis (PCA). The results of the cluster analysis and comprehensive principal components analysis show that the principal components of the leakage current pulses are tightly relative to the contamination levels. They provide a good approach to evaluate the contamination levels.
