双核素肾图法 GFR,ERPF 与生化法 Cr,BUN 对照及自身对照研究

摘　　要：利用多功能仪，采用双核素示踪技术，测得肾小球滤过率（ＧＦＲ）和有效肾血流量（ＥＲＰＦ）等分肾功能，并与生化法测得的肌酐（Ｃｒ）和尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）等肾功能指标作对照研究，发现其异常检出率前者明显高于后者。而双核素肾图自身对照结果表明，９９Ｔｃｍ－ＤＴＰＡ肾图各项定量分析指标异常检出率多高于１３１Ｉ－ＯＩＨ肾图。同时还讨论了相互的协同互补作用在尽早发现肾功能异常方面的价值。hrough the comparative study of GFR,ERPF with renogram method and Cr,BUN with biochemical method of 96 patients, the result shows that the abnormal rate of the former is much higher than the latter.The analysis of double nuclide renogram indicates the quantitative analysis of 99TcmDTPA renogram is more sensitive than 131IOIH renogram.The significance of cooperative diagnosis of double nuclide renogram is also discussed.
