摘  要:目的:了解低剂量电离辐射与镉之间是否存在交叉适应性反应。方法:孕第9天小鼠在整体条件下,全身受低剂量1、2、4、8cGy60Coγ射线照射,4h后给致畸剂量镉4mg/kg,观察胚胎细胞染色体畸变率。结果:1、2、4、8cGy60Coγ射线,均能诱导胚胎细胞对镉4mg/kg的细胞遗传损伤的耐受性。ABSTRACT Objective: To explore if low dose ionizing radiation could induce crossadaptive response to cytogenetic damage in embryonic cells caused by subsequent cadmium chloride. Methods: The mice were wholebody irradiated with60Co γrays 1,2,4 and 8 cGy respectively on gestation d 9. 4 h after, the mice were injected CdCl2 solution according to Cd 4 mg/kg. Chromosome aberrations of embryonic cells of gestation d 10 were analysed. Results: 1,2,4 and 8 cGy60Co γrays induced resistance to cytogenetic damage of embryonic cells caused by subsequent Cd 4 mg/kg body weight. Conclusion: The results first demonstrated that low dose ionizing radiation can induce crossadaptive response to cytogenetic damage of embryonic cells caused by subsequent cadmium.
