摘 要:目的了解医院结核病房空气细菌状况,降低空气传播医院感染机会。方法随机选择结核科10间病房,于病房使用前后各进行一次空气细菌检测,并做对比分析。结果病房使用前本底细菌总数平均为164 CFU/m3,使用2年后细菌总数平均为682 CFU/m3,前后比值平均为1∶3.2,两者之间差异有统计学意义。结论人的活动是病房空气污染的主要因素,良好的外周环境、清洁卫生、开窗通风以及加强消毒管理可以降低病房空气细菌含量,减少医院感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To detect the condition of bacteria of the air in wards of our hospital in order tO reduce the possibility of air spread. METHODS Ten tuberculosis wards were chosen at random for study. Detected the bacteria content of the air in wards used before and after respectively and analysed the results. RESULTS The average of backgroud bacteria was 164 CFU/m^3 before the wards were used. Two years later, the average of bacteria increased to 682 CFU/m^3. The ratio was 1 : 3:2 on average. There were significant differences between them. CONCLUSIONS Humen are the main facters that make the air polluted in these wards. The bacteria content will decline by good environment cleaning sanitation, ventilation and strengthening steriling management. Infection will decline in the hospital.
