摘　　要：目的评价抗菌药物的不合理使用与医院感染的关系,促进临床合理使用抗菌药物,减少细菌耐药性的产生,避免医院感染。方法采用近期国内外抗菌药物应用现状及医院感染情况进行分析和评价。结果医院感染与抗菌药物的滥用及细菌耐药率呈正相关。结论临床上抗菌药物的不合理使用情况表现形式多样,且有越演越烈之势,应加强干预和管理。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the relationship between the abuse of antibacterials and infection in hospital. To make sure the rational use of antibiotics, decrease drug resistance of bacteria and avoid infection in hospital. METHODS The analysis and evaluation of the assays in China and abroad were adopted in recent years. RESULTS The hospital intection had a positive correlation with the abuse of antibacterials and the bacterial drug resistance. CONCLUSIONS The types of the abuse of antibiotics are various, and it becomes more and more serious. We must take measures and pay more attention to it.
