摘　　要：选择蛇胆的主要成分之一胆酸作为指标，采用硫酸糠醛法显色，在６０５ｎｍ波长处比色测定胆酸含量．The paper selected the cholic acid which is one of the snake gall's principal ingredient as the quality standard.Sulfuric acidfurfural was chosen to show colour.The determination of cholic acid's contents was done by the colorimetric method in 605nm wavelength.The method is convenient and accurate.It may be used as the means to control the internal quality of the snake gall.
