摘　　要：当前的世界金融危机是一场资本主义的"生产过剩危机",资本主义为应对危机而推出的各种措施,只会暂时性地增强资本家的支配力,并正在将美国和欧洲引入一场深刻的债务危机,最终则为更大规模的危机和苦难创造了条件。中国经济的持续增长,对世界经济体系的稳定起着不可忽视的作用。中国相对的经济稳定,是周全的经济和社会规划的结果。要战胜这场金融危机,全球共产党人、各个工人政党、工人阶级和工会组织团结起来必不可少。The current global financial crisis is a crisis of capitalism’s overproduction, capitalist measures to overcome losses, may temporarily strengthen the hand of the world’s capitalists, and leading both the US and Europe into a profound debt crisis, they only set the stage for even greater crises and misery. The economic growth in China tends to introduce some stability into the world economy. Relative economic stability in China is the result of careful economic and social planning. To overcome the present crisis, the international unity of global communist and workers’ parties and trade unions worldwide is essential.
