摘　　要：目的了解病人亲属在抢救现场对医护人员产生的影响，探讨医护人员如何有效应对。方法采用调查问卷的形式，调查住院病人亲属66名，以及医护人员60名。结果多数病人亲属对留在抢救现场有较强烈需求，而医护人员对此顾虑重重。结论医护人员应满足病人亲属希望能在抢救现场需求，采取切实可行的措施，提供有效的支持。Objective To get influence of being present of patient family members at emergency to medical personnel and determine how to Manage it effectively for medical personnel. Methods A total of 126 persons were investigated by speeial questionnaire, which eontained 66 patient family members and 60 medieal personnel （22 doctors and 38 nurses）. Results Most of patient family members thought that they should be present at emergency. But medieal personnel had many eoncems over family member＇s presenee. Conclusions Medieal personnel should endeavour to satisfy patient family members and allow them being present at emergerey, and take feasible measures and provide effective supports.
