依那普利的血药浓度及其降压作用与血中血管紧张素Ⅱ、内皮素、心钠素变化的相关关系  

Enalapril in Essential Hypertension Patients:Relationship between Serum Drug Concentration and Hypertension and Other Relative Factors

摘  要:本文对11例原发性高血压(EH)患者顿服依那普利20mg后,动态观察血清依那普利拉浓度与血压、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)、内皮素(ET)、心钠素(ANF)水平变化的关系,结果显示服药后血药浓度3h达峰值(177.2±3.68pgg/mL,4h开始下降(160.6±3.48pg/mL),7h降至最低(136.1±4.46pg/mL);血压效应在1h开始起效,3h最明显,4~7h维持在有效水平;2、4、6h血浆AT,Ⅱ、ET和ANF水平逐渐下降,与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.05~0.01),血药浓度与血压效应的变化一致,血药浓度与血浆ATⅡ水平之间呈非线性关系。Serum levels of enalaprilat, angiotensin Ⅱ (AT Ⅱ), endothelin(ET), atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) and blood pressure were monitored in Ⅱ cases with essential hypertension after taking enalapril 20 mg orally. The results indicated that the serum drug concentration reached the peak in 3 hours, began to decline at 4 hours, decreased to the lowest at 7 hurs. The blood pressure began to decline in 1 hour, reached the lowest level at 3 hours, maintained a plateau from 4 to 7 hours. Plasma AT Ⅱ, ET, ANF levels also droped markedly at 2, 4, 6 hours. The change. of serum drug concentration was concurrent with that of blood pressure. The non - linear relationship was shown between serum drug concentration and plasma AT Ⅱ level.
