摘　　要：绿色建筑评价标识制度的参与主体包括消费者、房地产开发商、建筑能效测评机构以及政府部门。本文通过对参与主体的界定以及其特点和作用的分析,同时根据绿色建筑评价标识制度现阶段存在的主要问题,建立了需求侧主体消费者和房地产开发商的进化博弈模型,分析了制度中需求侧主体的运行机理,并对现阶段绿色建筑评价标识制度的发展提出了相应建议。The participants of the green building appraisement label system include consumers, real estate developers, energy efficient measurement and appraisement institutes and government. In this paper, based on the definition of participants, the analysis of their characteristics and roles, and also the main problems existed in the appraisement label system during current period, the evolutionary game model between consumers and real estate developers was established. Furthermore, the operation mechanism on agents for requirement sides was analyzed, and the suggestions for developing the green building appraisement label system were proposed.
