摘  要:本文以建筑能耗监测与节能诊断系统(Continuous Monitoring and Diagnosis System,CMD)中的用户端监测子系统为研发和应用目标,在给出建筑整体能耗分析模型、暖通空调系统能耗分析模型和用电系统能耗分析模型的基础上,提出了建筑运行能耗数据的采集种类及方式。而后系统地介绍了设计用户端监测子系统前的实地调查方法与步骤,分析了空调系统能耗监测点的设计方法,并指出电量监测点设计的基本原则是在满足评价用能系统和耗能设备能效功能的前提下尽量减少设备投资。最后总结了数据采集仪表在实际安装过程中可能出现的问题以及解决方法,着重指出了应重视后期的数据校验和建立健全运行维护机制。本文为制定能耗监测方案和后期的能耗诊断分析提供了数据保证,是整个建筑能耗监测与节能诊断系统的基础。In this paper, based on the energy consumption models of the whole building, HVAC system and electricity system, the collected types and means of building energy consumption data were firstly proposed. These data were used in the client monitoring subsystem in continuous monitoring and diagnosis system (CMD). Secondly,field survey method and process before the design of client monitoring subsystem were introduced.Thirdly,the design method of HVAC energy consumption monitoring points was analyzed. It was pointed out that the basic principle for designing monitoring points was reducing the facility investment as far as possible when the function of evaluation system and energy efficiency of facilities could be satisfied. Finally, potential problems and resolving methods during the period of setting up the data acquisition instruments were demonstrated, also it was presented that the data calibration should be paid more attention and the operational maintain policy should be established. To sum up, the data insurance for developing the energy consumption monitoring scheme and for analyzing and diagnosing the energy consumption were provided by this study.
