广州市20栋大型公共建筑能耗特征分析

摘　　要：建筑能耗审计是建筑节能工作的重要基础。本文通过对广州市20栋大型公共建筑的能耗和水耗的统计分析,探讨了夏热冬暖气候下办公楼、宾馆、商场和综合性建筑等各种大型公共建筑的能耗和水耗规律,并与其它城市的大型公共建筑能耗进行了比较。提出了通过能耗统计和公示制度实现大型公共建筑节能的途径。Building energy consumption audit is considered as an important aspect for building energy efficiency. In this paper, the energy and water consumption features were presented respectively based on the analysis of statistic data of 20 large pubic buildings in Guangzhou. The buildings that surveyed in this study included offices, hotels, malls and other multi-purpose buildings. And then, the comparisons were carried out between the energy consumption of large public buildings in Guangzhou and other cities. Finally, two energy-saving methods were brought forward for large public buildings, one was energy consumption statistics, and the .other was public system.
