茄子GA响应因子SmGAI的克隆与分析

摘　　要：采用RT-PCR和RACE技术从茄子地方品种杭州红茄中扩增克隆了GA响应因子相关基因片段,命名为SmGAI,其cDNA序列为1176bp,含有972bp的阅读框,编码323个氨基酸;基因编码的氨基酸序列与番茄单性结实调控基因SlDELLA同源性为76.8%,高度相似。RT - PCR and RACE were used to amplify cDNA sequence of GA response factor in ＇Hangzhouhongqie＇. The gene named SmGAI was cloned. The length cDNA sequence of this gene is 1 176 bp with an ORF of 972 bp in length and was translated into 323 amino acids. The gene was highly homologous with parthenocarpy-related gene SlDELLA in tomato and the identity is 76.8 %.
