生长抑素八肽治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效

摘　　要：用垂体后叶素（ＶＰ）为对照，观察了生长抑素八肽（ＳＲＩＦ－８）治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效及胃酸分泌和血浆胰高糖素（ＧＧ）的影响及其副作用。结果表明，ＳＲＩＦ－８的止血率和止血速度均明显优于ＶＰ，它可抑制肝硬化患者的基础胃酸（ＢＡＯ）分泌（Ｐ＜０．０１）可降低血浆ＧＧ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。With　the　vasopressin(VP)　as　contral,we　observed　the　clinical　effects　of　somatotropin　release　Inhibitory　Factor-9　Peptide(SRIF-8)　on　the　hemorrhage　of　the　repture　of　varicoesophagus　and　fundus　ventricular　varicosity.At　the　same　time,we　observed　and　compared　their　influence　on　the　secretion　of　gasric　acid　and　the　levels　of　plasmatic　Glucagon(GG).The　results　show　that　the　hemostatic　rate　and　velocity　of　SRIF-8　is　better　than　that　of　VP.SRIF-8　may　also　inhibit　the　secretion　of　the　BAO　and　decrease　the　level　of　plasmatic　GG　in　patients　with　liver　cirrhosis.
