制造执行系统中可配置自动采集技术的研究

摘　　要：根据目前自动采集技术应用的现状,结合Java企业平台的特性,提出制造执行系统中可配置自动采集模块的概念,包括自动采集设备可配置,采集对象的可配置和自动采集应用层的可配置。对开发过程中的问题进行分析,并应用面向对象的编程(Object Oriented Programming,OOP)、Java本地接口(Java Native Interface,JNI)技术与富互联网应用(Rich Internet Application,RIA)技术给出了可行的解决方案。详细介绍该技术体系架构的分析、设计与实现,从软件层达到了可重构的目标,并具有较好的扩展性和健壮性。According to the current situation of utilization of automatic acquisition technology, and combining with the analysis of characteristic of Java programming language, put forward the concept of reconfigurable automatic acquisition subsystem of MES, including the configuration of automatic acquisition equipments, the configuration of the objects of automatic acquisition and the reconfigurable automatic acquisition application. Analyzed problems among the developing courses, the solutions were given ac- cording to the application of the theory of OOP, JNI technique and RIA technique. The analysis, designing, and the accomplish- ment of the system architecture were introduced in detail. The object of reconfigurable was accomplished, as well as extensible and robust of the system.
