摘 要:以磷矿浆为脱硫剂进行烟气脱硫研究,比较了自主创新研制的中试规模环栅式喷射鼓泡塔与工业规模的日本千代田CT-121脱硫鼓泡塔的性能。结果表明:塔压降和脱硫剂的pH值是影响脱硫效率的关键因素。鼓泡塔采用三塔串联,控制磷矿浆pH值为3.5—4.2、操作压力为7000—7800Pa时,脱硫效率维持在95%左右。环栅式喷射鼓泡塔维持单塔压降约在3000Pa左右,磷矿浆pH值在3.7~4.3时脱硫效率可达67%。环栅式喷射鼓泡脱硫工艺以磷矿为脱硫剂,脱硫除尘效果好,系统投资少,运行费用低,并能资源化利用废渣,是适合我国国情的一项脱硫除尘技术。A novel jet bubble reactor (JBR) with pierced cylindrical gas inlet device (PCGID), was developed. When phosphate pulp used as absorbent slurry, performances of the new JBR on pilot-scale and a conventional JBR on field scale for sulphur dioxide removal from waste gas streams were studied. Result showed that the key parameters affecting the-desulphurization efficiency were pressure drop in the reactor and the pH values of the absorbents. The conventional JBR series constructed by three reactors achieved a desulphurization efficiency of 95%, in which the pH of the phosphate pulp ranged from 3.5 to 4.2 and the pressure drop within the tower was controlled within the range of 7 000 - 7 800 Pa. The new JBR could achieve a desulphurization efficiency of 67 % when the pressure drop within the tower only at 3 000 Pa and the pH value of the phosphate pulp ranged from 3.7 to 4.3. The new JBR with PCIGD device has a high removal efficiency using phosphate pulp as absorbent slurry. Furthermore, the waste residues can be recycled as phosphate fertilizer. In conclusion, the new JBR is cost-effective and suitable for desulfurization in China.
