摘　　要：参考文献超链接使得文献查阅十分便捷。网络环境下投稿时参考文献应插入超链接,以方便审编环节的查阅,缩短审稿周期。要精挑细选那些全文易得而又稳定可靠的URL地址作为超链接插入。Reference hyperlink can make literature consultation very convenient for refereeing a manuscript under the internet circumstance. In order to benefit the review of referees and the evaluation of editors and shorten the refereeing period, hyperlink insertion should be finished for references in a manuscript before submission via web. The URL addresses from which the full texts can be very easily available and highly stable should be carefully chosen as the hyperlinks to be inserted.
