加强审稿专家队伍建设——以《中国免疫学杂志》为例

摘　　要：随着学科的变化和专业的发展,《中国免疫学杂志》专家审稿工作出现了新的问题。为了保证审稿质量和审稿速度,编辑部借鉴其他期刊的经验,结合刊物的实际情况,在原编委的基础上建立一支新的审稿专家队伍,专家审稿工作有了改观。该文对审稿专家信息收集途径、审稿专家队伍建设等进行总结,以与同人交流。With the changes and developments of discipline, the review work of Chinese Journal of Immunology emergence new problems. In order to ensure the quality and speed of article reviewing, and to review more professionally, Chinese Journal of Immunology learned from the experience of other journals, combined the actual situation of magazines and academic, established a new team of reviewers based on the original editorial board. Now discuss the way of reviewers＇ information-gathering, the methods of estabhshment and update of the team of peer reviewers , strive to serve the development of disciplines.
