摘　　要：通过1986～1996年21种中文医药学期刊的眼用制剂致全身不良反应文献回顾,总结了16种眼用制剂致全身不良反应的报道,共收集报道的病例79例.通过分析认为,临床上眼用制剂引起的全身不良反应的药物以噻吗心安、地卡因最常见,剂型以眼药水较多.On the basis of review of reports on the general adverse reactions caused by preparations for eyes appearing in the Chinese periodicals during 1986-1996, 16 eye preparations have been identified to cause general adverse reaction and 79 cases were involved. Our analysis showed that commonest eye preparations that cause general adverse reactions were Ocustilla Timololi Maleatis and dicaine and eye drops were the main preparation form.
