摘  要:要:纺织品在中国对外贸易中占有重要的地位。2009年1月1日全球纺织品配额取消后,中国纺织业将面临着怎样的竞争态势?本文对2000—2007年世界纺织品市场结构及中国纺织品出口竞争力的实证分析表明,欧美对中国实行的进口限制并未影响到我国在世界纺织品市场上较强的竞争力。8年间行业出口显性比较优势指数、竞争优势指数和显性竞争力指数三项指标一直在高位运行且相对平稳。从长期看,中国的纺织品出口政策尚存较大的调整空间,通过出口结构的调整,中国将会在保持优势的同时促进纺织品出口的稳定增长。Textiles have been playing an important role in foreign trade in China. With the cancel of global textile quota in 2009,what kind of competition that Chinese textile will face? Based on the trade data between 2000 and 2007 ,this paper analyzes the world textile market structure and Chinese competitive capability. It turns out that the import restriction from EU and USA didn't make a substantive effect on Chinese competitive capability in textiles in the world market. During the past 8 years of our study,the three measuring indices, Revealed Comparative Advantage, Comparative Advantage and Revealed Competitiveness ,all run at the high level and keep stable in a sense. In the long term,there is still a comparatively big room for the Chinese textile industry policy to be adjusted, so as to keep a steady increase in our future export while keep our relative advantage.
