摘　　要：依据有关规范和工程实践,提出了对高强螺栓直接施加预拉力的思路和方法,研制了高强螺栓液压预拉力张拉器,解决了扭矩系数不合规范要求的高强螺栓预拉力的施加及质量验收问题。工程实践表明,新工艺具有良好的应用效果和推广价值。Based on codes and engineering practice, a new method, which is used to directly exert pretension strength of highstrength bolts, is proposed for the first time. Hydraulic tensioner of high-strength bolt has also been developed to solve the problems of high-strength bolts with unqualified torque coefficients during construction. Engineering practice indicates that the new technology is very effective and valuable.
