摘　　要：方洪波一直以来都在小心地应对着媒体。在过去的500天时间里，从广东美的电器股份有限公司（000527．SZ，以下简称：美的）2008年4月1日正式入主无锡小天鹅股份有限公司（000418．SZ，以下简称：小天鹅）以来，围绕着该起收购及后续整合，小天鹅内部的争议、质疑声就从未停止过，其中以2008年9月数百名小天鹅员工聚集闹事、集体请愿为代表事件。Fang Hongbo,the CEO of Midea(000527.SZ),has always coped with media cautiously.Since Midea officially acquired Wuxi Little Swan Co.Ltd(000418.SZ)on April 1 2008. doubts and controversies revolving around Midea's acquisition have not ended for the past 500 days.One of the representative events was the Little Swan employee riot involving several hundred people which happened in September 2008. As the CEO of Midea and the chairman of Little Swan,during the past year and more.Fang Hongbo traveled to and fro between Guangzhou and Wuxi so frequently that the stewardesses of this airline all bear this gentleman with black framed glasses in mind. Although it was also a lough battle for Midea to acquire Hefei Royalstar, the acquisition of Little Swan is a much bigger challenge for Midea.The most important reason is that Little Swan ranked 2nd to Haier in China's washing machine market and was still gaining profit before being acquired by Midea, whilst Royalstar was already in the red before the acquisition. This is the first time after Midea bought Little Swan's 24.1%share hold with RMB 1.66 billion cash that the chief acquisition operator Fang Hongbo has talked about the story behind Midea and Little Swan face to face with China Entrepreneur.
